Kimi Räikkönen has answered long standing calls from thousands of Formula 1 fans by creating his official Facebook fan page.

As his first move into the social media space, the Iceman recognises the importance of keeping in touch with his avid followers through using new channels to create a strong official fan community.

In conjunction with his official website, the page will keep followers up to date with all the latest pictures and news from the 2007 World Champion, in addition to promoting competitions and other features.
